PRG connections to IAD

I have 2x 77W available from PRG ready for whoever needs them. I can also purchase more A21NX for anyone interested in connecting. I’m also accepting connections from IAD to my PRG cat C or above. Thanks. I’m also accepting contracts from all other airports to my PRG.
