I noticed that with this AT 43 (maybe it does it with all aircraft models) when the refueling truck arrives you can’t see the pump that transfers the fuel from the truck to the plane

That’s with all aircraft models. Fuel hoses might be added in a later update since they also added GPU cables recently, but I can’t say for sure.
