Description of the Bug:
Automated push back on gate 13 do not happen until the plane on taxiway is completely departed from 16R.

Steps to Reproduce:
yes, with all automated assists activated and a blocked taxiway, so a pushback have to wait for free space.

Is quite similar to a same sort of bug in INN, that bug is already fixed

I don’t really think this counts as a bug. It is more of an airport design. There needs to be enough room for the aircraft to pushback. It is similar to when you pushback planes at INN Stand 10. The taxiway needs to be clear.
