Description of the Bug:
Automated push back on gate 13 do not happen until the plane on taxiway is completely departed from 16R.
Steps to Reproduce:
yes, with all automated assists activated and a blocked taxiway, so a pushback have to wait for free space.

Is quite similar to a same sort of bug in INN, that bug is already fixed
