PVL - PAL Airlines

Topic Title: ICAO Code
PAL

:airplane: Airline Name
PAL airlines (providential)

**:globe_showing_europe_africa: Country of Origin
Canada

**:airplane_departure: Aircraft Types Used (from those available in WoA)
Dash 8/Q400

:pushpin: Why should this airline be added?
It’s an airline that would be really good for Atlantic Canada and its base is St. John’s Newfoundland and Labrador!

Several corrections on this one. PAL is the ICAO code of Philippine Airlines. Secondly, PAL Airlines was formerly called Provincial Airlines not Providential. Please double check the information through websites like planespotters.net, skybrary.aero or at the very least Wikipedia. Don’t mean to nitpick but if the information is correct to begin with it makes my life to catalogue these a bit easier so I would really appreciate it
