For molbile devices this should be fixed with 3.3.1 hot fix. If you use emulator, maybe someone from the Forum have an Idea.

I was already updating the game to version 3.3.1 and the problem is still there before and after the update

Can you check your Text to Speech settings? Select an English voice pack could maybe do something with that.
