📝 Real-Money Refunds

Category: Support & Help Title: How to Request a Refund for a Real-Money Purchase

The World of Airports support team does not have the technical ability to process real-money refunds for purchases made in the app (such as Premium Passes, Aircraft Packs, or Golden Airplane bundles). All financial transactions and payment data are securely handled directly by Apple and Google.

If you need to request a refund for a recent real-money purchase (for example, if a child made an accidental purchase), you must do so through your platform’s official support channels:

For Apple (iOS) Users:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Log in with your Apple ID.
  3. Tap “I’d like to,” then choose “Request a refund.”
  4. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then select Next.
  5. Choose the World of Airports purchase, then tap Submit.

For Android (Google Play) Users:

  1. Go to your Google Play Purchase History on your browser or device.
  2. Find the World of Airports order you want to return.
  3. Select “Request a refund” or “Report a problem.”
  4. Choose the option that describes your situation.
  5. Complete the form and note that you’d like a refund.
