I’m glad to see another operator but I can’t see it surviving. The A320 on those short haul routes in Spain feels a bit daft imo.

I think it’s the livery honestly. That cardboard look just doesn’t work, especially as Flyer says being on the sleekest modern airliner. Might look better in the Carbon livery they had the pax variant in.
Seems that’ll be it for Dundee Airport too. Sad to see it go, yet again we have even less options in the UK now. Why have choice and competition when you can just bleed the population dry, the British way

Indian low-cost carrier IndiGo at the launch of Northern winter 2026/27 season plans to launch new route to Thailand, as the carrier opened reservations for 2 weekly Gaya – Bangkok Suvarnabhumi flights. Airbus A320neo aircraft to serve this route from 26OCT26.
Unfortunately Gaya still isn‘t available as a destination in the game

Asiana Airlines in this week’s schedule update filed aircraft changes to Europe, as following routes to be operated by Korean Air aircraft from 17DEC26, the first operational day Asiana Airlines merges into Korean Air.
Seoul Incheon – London Heathrow eff 17DEC26 Korean Air 787-10 replaces A350-900, 1 daily
Seoul Incheon – Prague eff 17DEC26 Korean Air 787-9 replaces 777-200ER, 3 weekly

I wonder if Japan Airlines (JAL) is the only Japanese airline that hasn’t shown them yet?

The prior owner of European Cargo has purchased fleet and name from American operator Priority1 and is looking to relaunch operations as per Sky News below,

I think they will move to Terminal 4 in the long run, since they will no longer remain part of the Star Alliance either.

United Airlines during Thursday evening’s schedule update (27AUG26) opened reservations to its planned Airbus A321XLR international service during Northern winter 2026/27 season, scheduled from December 2026. Planned A321XLR service from 01DEC26 to 27MAR27 includes the following.
Washington Dulles – Amsterdam eff 01DEC26 A321XLR replaces 767-300ER, 1 daily
Washington Dulles – Dublin eff 01DEC26 A321XLR replaces 757-200, 1 daily (Service will also be maintained 04JAN27 – 18FEB27, previously scheduled as suspension)

So some really sad news, that actually affects the game(for those doing realistic routes), Qantas is moving up a380 retirements from 2032 to 2028, just over a year from now. Which is a shame because flying an a380 to Australia was really on my bucket list(because of how long the flight is), not sure that’s very realistic now unfortunately…

I honestly didnt mind the flight from SYD → DFW on the Qantas A380 only because I got the inner most seat in economy. But it sure was an amazing priveledge to fly on a jumbo for the first time. Hopefully the A380s get postponed from retirement for several more years. But No clue if that will happen with Qantas Buying the A350ULR and Boeing 787-900.

(Both of them exists as playable contract options in the game):
