Real World Aviation News

It came out earlier this year in March 2025, in my opinion it do look pretty good on the 777, A330 and a321 compared to the outdated old livery from the early 80s, they could have done better but at least they didn’t go down to that awful Eurowhite livery path that mostly everyone is now going to.
And no they have redesigned the logo to remove the Pepsi colours probably to avoid a lawsuit with an Airline and a Drink Corporation.

Ok and yeah the white body with the airlines name is kinda boring like westjet and air Canada

It looks not that bad on single decker but I found it to be really weird on B748 (unfortunately)…

Do agree with the 747-8, i would also put 787s and A380 with the 747 as well they dont really fit in well.

Yeah old and new would look weird but it would still look better

I like Air Canada’s, reminds me of the 90s livery.

Are you talking about the old or new one? The black and white or the blue one?

Ok. So you know how I told off raging toad for replying to a year old post and you responded to my post with this? It shouldn’t be hard to remember because that was approximately two hours ago.

Well that post you just replied to is 1.5 years old…

:upside_down_face: every time I go onto that thread there’s always something wild, and ignore the likes from post from years ago… :upside_down_face:

It’s difficult to ignore when people get notifications from like and replies to posts they made years ago…

We try to keep things recent here, and making replies to posts from 3 and a half years ago isn’t relevant to what’s going on now, especially in this thread as it’s about aviation news.

Yeah… I get that now sorry about that, I will keep them relevant.

Current livery with Raccoon mask, not the ice white one.

I call it the mask but the raccoon mask? That’s a way better name!

It’s the actual name from Airbus, yeah.

And some Alaska news regarding SAN,

Sean Doyle, that’s just stupid, the M25 is a mess, it’ll have more lanes added, which would make the trip to Heathrow a much more enjoyable experience for people who drive there, and you get a longer runway, so more widebody flights!

Nice to see Scottish airports growing, Edinburgh is building new stands right now just across from the South terminal, Prestwick just recently got it’s 5th major cargo contract and Glasgow just finished a £3.7 million terminal upgrade
