And I have my account since 2019.
What happened? What did you expect to happen instead?

I would like to help you but:
how if I dont know your player?
I dont know if you got annonymous account instead?
Was your account linked to Play Games?
There is reason why the report bug or problem have an template.

I use my Google play games for play the game, after the update my game just disappear, from my 2 accounts.

You play with two accounts on one device bot linked to Play Games accounts? Or you lost progress because the game leged you in new profile?

I lost because the game logged me in a new profile.

After the update when I open the game my accounts was changed.

So I saw on the settings I can get in with a email, so I try to get in with my email, the one I use those Google play accounts.

And donā€™t appear anymore.

I have 2 accounts.

One is connected to my luizvinicius850@gmail this email is that ID: viniciusparham, itā€™s my old account.

I have this account since 2019, when the game launched.

The other account itā€™s on parhamvncgames@gmail this email is that ID: ParhamVNC.

Both accounts connected from Google play store.
