Description of the Bug: I opened the game this morning, I was given a new option to log in. I selected this option to log in with Google play, which has never worked; this time it worked. All of my progress is gone. I have 2 accounts one of them, my Google play account which never worked, and 1 saved to my phone. I would like to regain access to my main account.

I am writing to request assistance with recovering my game account. After the latest update, I was automatically logged out, and it seems my account was not properly linked to my Google Play profile. My account had a generic username: PlayerXXXXXXX.

To verify my ownership, I am attaching a screenshot of three payments I made in January.

Rebooted my system and restarted Game, still no sign of ma my account. Every tíme when i open Game, there is New account.

can you check if you are logged in Play Games or Game Center? I dont know which device do you use.

My name in Google Play is Happygamerisko. But my account, where i bought golden planes was not linked.

it is linked to Play Games - Happygamerisko - Linked to Play Games so you just have login to play games with the same account, delete the game data and re-install the game with your right profile logged to play games.

That does not work. I uninstalled Game, then downloaded again. Cleared cache, everything, still my account does not shows up. When i try to connect with Google play, Error 10104 show up. When i try to connect with gmail Error 10106 shows up. I dont know, I can start from scratch, but I would like to have my payments restored.

do you use multiple play games accounts on your device?

No. But i found that I have played in past this game before with my profile Happygamerisko. But it is different account than the one, where i bought Golden planes.

you use the cross platform migration tool and the move your progress to this device right, you dont klick on the link this profile account?

I didnt use any tool. I was just trying somehow to login to account with options that are there: Google play, Apple (i didnt try) and Gmail. Could you somehow give me golden planes on New account, of i opt to start again? Thanks
