the account giltCough116646 does nto have any airport unlocked, it is the empty rpofile your son got? How is the name of the lost profile?
Without link, delete or change anything, please turn off the game completely (not just set it in the background), hard reboot your device and start the game again.
It happened after upgrade.
Hè bought many planes for over 500 euro. It’s with loic.kleineman@gmail.com as Google account. What can we do ? It happend with the update. Hé did somerhing profile i think ?

Hello, I need the player name of the “lost” and of the “empty” profiles. We dont collect E-Mail Address so it does not help to find your profile.
