:pushpin: Why should this livery be added?
This livery should be included in the game, as Ryanair had signed a deal with Jaguar in 1996 to feature the car manufacturer’s “Big Cat” mascot on the fuselage of its Boeing 737-200. It marked one of the airline’s early, high-profile billboard in the sky advertising campaigns and would make for a great event livery.

Back when jaguar was a good car company

I don’t know though. I think this was the Rover era, which if anyone knows much about British car manufacturing, means it wasn’t a particularly good time for reliability. Some fantastic saloon’s were available and sport cars, but they were hit and miss on whether you got a decent variant. I think 1996 was likely the beginning of its downfall until Ford took the company on and started making rebodied Mondeo’s with big engines and ofc sold it onto TATA in 2008. Better than modern square electric Jag though I’ll give you that.

This is primarily what I meant, because with that, quite literally any era of jag was better

Ford have really fallen I feel, every other car here used to be a Fiesta or a Focus, now it’s mainly newer hybrids and electric cars, Kia in particular I see a lot of now, do like seeing all the Diesel trucks in the US lol, beasts compared to your average hatchback here lol.

Oh yeah they have, they used to have decent looking and performing cars

Now it’s, uh, mostly electric and known for being crap

Ford had a real problem here in the UK for those stupid ecoboost cars, then they decided to retire the Mondeo, the Fiesta and Fiesta ST, followed by the last cool car the Focus ST and now the Focus is gone too leaving a range of 10 SUV crossover abominations, all using names from older, cooler cars like the Puma and Capri. Ford has really gone the way of Peugeot in the early 2000s.

Man the only Ford car here in the states is the mustang, everything else is double the size and mediocre at best. But they had a similar issue with naming here. The Maverick is nothing like the actual Maverick, if they wanted to bring an old name back for that it should’ve been the Ranchero

Anyways we were here for a ryanair livery? How did we get to Ford cars?
