Description of the Bug:
When you have pushback from stand 13 and you have planes on the taxiways around it, it just stops everything and nothing is moving, halts all traffic around and behind that intersection.
Steps to Reproduce:
When there are a lot of planes taxiing and you have something on both taxiways, and then press pushback for any plane at stand 13.
