SCL
Description of the Bug:
4 handling crew, which should have been free, were labelled as working while not actually working on anything (On the ground was 1 B744 - 14 handling crew, and 1 A20N - up to 7, but I used 6; therefore there should have only been 20 working handling crew but there were 24 somehow)
Steps to Reproduce:
Can’t reproduce, it just appeared like that after logging in for the first time

Additional Notes:
It has gone away after closing and reopening again, but I’m mentioning it anyways because it’s still worth fixing and other players might have had the same problem

Not just SCL, I had this at LEJ about a week ago, I had the airport empty with no aircraft handling, but somehow 6 crew were busy with nothing

@DenisMartinek @horsepowergeek The bug is that the game assumes some crew as assigned to a plane but not started handling
Method to fix it : Select any random plane on ground which is yet to be handled and add the suspected number of crew and bring it back to 0
Same thing happened to me as well.
I will try if this works.
I had no aircraft on the ground waiting to handle, everything was taxiing
I tried his solution when I enter SCL again and I am sure it works.

I probably found the issue with your handling crew
Now serious, I have created internal task ( WOA-3935) to check if there is process frozen or hangup.
Thank you for the report.

Hello,
you have set filter for airplanes on ground (thats right) together with filter airplane need action (which could be zero as the airplane is handled or wait for the next task) therefore it shows you 0 Airplanes but there are airplanes in handling process on the ground.

No, the on ground filter says “2/2”, so there are only 2 planes on the ground (both of which comply with other active filters). Also, this was really early into my SCL so I would remember if I had an additional plane anywhere, not to mention that I didn’t have any other stands than those shown in the screenshot.

I suppose he talked about my screenshot.
I need to address that the number shown there was 0/0 so there was no aircraft that needed attention but the second number is also 0 which indicates there was no aircraft on the ground at all.
So yeah that was a bug but the solution works always. Select another airplane waiting on the stand (I didn’t have one at that moment, though).
