Hello WOA members what airport should I buy next everyone please only decide from these 2 airports SCL or LHR

If you want a major hub for European airlines and ocassional USA carriers then i would suggest LHR

If you want a medium-large hub for Oceanic and asian based airlines and Ocassional USA Carriers then i Suggest SYD.

IF you want a mid-sized hub for US, SA and canadian airlines then i suggest MSY.

personal preference i would put it in this order

  1. SYD
  2. MSY
  3. LHR

I prefer sydney because i am biased since I am Australian. But to tell the truth SYD is such a good airport to start.

LHR is great for regionality as its pretty centred around most of the world. Your P2P connections are pretty good between B-C for Europe where you have INN, BRI, PRG, ZRH, LEJ. And with your D-F aircraft you can reach anywhere else.

SYD is great for its asian based operators and the unique oceanic carriers you might find. But pretty hard for P2P connections as the closest player airport is BKK or HKG which is only access by the B757 or A21NY or any aircraft D-F which can reach most but not all other P2P airports.

MSY is great for USA airlines if you want something smallish and to be able to chill with the limited stands. You have a good access for B-C aircraft with SAN to your west and IAD to your East and SXM to your south. Then with D-F you have pretty much anywhere else.

I personally really dislike playing LHR. It’s a massive airport, yes, but with only a single runway it’s incredibly inefficient and unless you keep aircraft staged at gates it feels super empty. It’s one of the easiest of the three for player connections though.

SYD also suffers from the large layout with a poor runway configuration, with the landing runway also serving as the takeoff runway for cargo and international flights. So it’s hard to feel full as well. It’s a bit more challenging for player connections but with the A21NY and A345 and the adjustments to the B77L, it has good connectivity.

MSY is my favorite of these three. It’s your normal American big 3 airlines with Southwest, but it plays well enough it doesn’t feel as empty. What I personally do is use mostly realistic flights at the new terminal, and operate my own fleet from the historic unused terminal. It’s a bit more challenging for player connections because it has less E stands, so it’s a good airport to make liberal use of the A21NY and B762 from.

I see you also changed your message lists haha… SCL is for me one of my favorite airports. Nice airline variety, some cool B planes you can’t get many other places, and plenty of room for your own fleet. I highly recommend it!
