Do service abilities fade?

I was playing yesterday and I had all advanced services…but then I noticed most were gone…I had to buy services and increase levels all over again for multiple services.

The picture shows an example the bus/passenger loader at 2 of them at level 5. Yesterday I had 5 at 5.

Is this “normal”?

I dont see a picture. Vehicles dont have a serivce life though.

It’s not normal. Maybe you confused your service vehicles at INN with the ones at BRI?
