I have four golden planes, and I have BRI and INN unlocked. I’m currently level 8 at Bari, but it’s been boring because I don’t have many wollars after buying an L stand for an event. Innsbruck is fun, but I’m soon going to max it out. Would it be justified to buy SXM and do that alongside Bari?
It is by far the cheapest airport you can unlock and if you want to have 2 progress lines, you can do it. Just know that SXM is a pain in the 
and you will primarily be flying S planes for the best traffic flow

I wouldn’t bother, SXM has around 20 stands which is very poor, id suggest waiting to buy: NGO, LEJ, MCT, BKK, LHR, or SYD. Instead you could grind BRI to get PRG. For now AVOID buying SAN, SXM and MSY as they are very bad.

Appreciate your interest in this game. I hope you have many fun hours playing it.
If I were in the situation you’ve described, I would buy / unlock SXM. This way, you have two points of progression, in the game, BRI and SXM.
From SXM, you can unlock LHR (for free, levelling up), which many people enjoy playing at, myself included.
Also, although they share some characteristics (INN, BRI and SXM), they also have some big differences, specially regarding aircraft ground movements, destinations, airlines, to name a few.
In my opinion, Sint Maarten is a great airport for regional contracts, specially with small turboprop airplanes, from the neighbouring islands. Also, it’s well located for player contracts, either from IAD / SAN / MSY, or from the upcoming GRU.
By the way, you can get an idea of SXM by watching @Thephatrican live stream previewing WoA 3.0.
At 3:05:49, he starts playing in SXM.

Agree most but in my opinion iad is also good airport. Also msy isnt that worse as sxm or san.
Also i dont like ngo but that look personal if you look at others opinion.

I agree IAD is good but I avoided it since its 20 Gp, imo MSY is basically just SAN 2.0, only 7 L/X stands which is main,y what you want

Sxm is profoundly not worth it unless you can commit to getting to around level 70. It is dramatically harder to complete then INN and BRI and most of your traffic will be S. See the WIKI (from players to players) on SXM.

I think you should stay at BRI and progress to PRG as @LeChonk says. Expand at the pace your earnings allow. Use your time to establish connections with other players so you have a solid base of contracts for the Wollars, Sp’s and GP’s.
Connections which you can take with you to other airports.

Don’t even bother with SXM, by far the worst, first only 1 X stand, limited L stands and cargo stands. 2nd, appalling taxiways takes about 5 minutes for an L aircraft to backtrack and it goes painfully slow with out the tower manager at 6%.
The only reason why you want SXM is scenery and that is it. If you played when 2.0 came out you could have got it for free but now 4GP it’s not worth it.
Sorry to say it but it’s the worst airport in the game.

I did buy it and have no regrets. It’s the cheapest way to open a second line of progress, if you feel like you still have free time after playing INN and BRI. Depending on how much you play, you can finish (max lvl) INN and play both BRI and SXM, alternating between them.
Seems you’re starting the game, and to me, this is the best time to play SXM. Your best choice is to get all AT76 available and take your time watching and listening to those turboprops with a big zoom in your screen. After you starting playing bigger airports, playing SXM will problably be a bit boring, so, go for it now!
