Description of the Bug?
Everytime I try to log in it says “Error Tap anywhere to restart” and my Airports arent loading. I do get the notification “Existing account” but it fails miserably
Additional Notes:
Pls fix it i have valuable Plane and Airports such as SYD and LEJ.
You can login to your profile and just the airports are not loaded od you can not start the game?Which device do you use? Which operating system?
So, the game starts but its all gone
So for understanding, i intentionally didnt had a linked account before, I still own the not linked account but its all gone: Airports, Planes, Money, Golden/Silver Airplanes. I use a Samsung device, speciffically Samsung A34.
It is gone only from your device, the progress is still in our database, for some reason your device refuse to connect to the stored progress. Are you sure that your play games account is not linked to any other profile?
Im Sure i only played this Account on the device mentioned
I dont see any device in our conversation as well no player name.
