I’m not sure entirely how this might be implemented given there are so many levels but leaderboards would make the speed running aspect of the game a lot more interesting.
Perhaps a website, or potentially the Apple Game Center ones.
Hi, this is a nice idea, but the problem is that there is a tiny deviation in times depending on which device you use (tablet, small iPhone, large iPhone, numerous different Android devices etc.). So you wouldn’t be able to beat a time someone scored on different device than yours.
oh that is interesting. Is that purely mechanical, like it takes longer to move your hand on a tablet than a phone or something?
Could be also, but what I had in mind is for example different FPS of different devices. There is some rounding to make it almost the same but there will always be some variation.
