Description of the Bug: You can see the radar antennae thing spinning at the top of the tower while inside the tower. This only happens with dynamic shadows enabled.
What happened? What did you expect to happen instead?
Steps to Reproduce: Load SYD with dynamic shadows, go to tower manager, look at the roof of the tower.
Can you trigger the bug again? Please list the steps.
