Stands are occupied without an airplane assigned in Bari

In Bari many stands are occupied and I cannot use them. How to make them free again. There are no planes assigned to the gatex.

If you assign a D-sized plane to one of the stands in front of the terminal, it blocks both neighboring stands for D-size, i.e. you can only assign up to C planes next to a D. Could that be what you mean?
