I have sent a email to the help a support a long time a go to help me get my account back because I have change Phone. But it seems like they are ignoring my email and i cant send multiple because they wont see it. I would like any response by them and i really want my account back. Just feel a bit ridiculous that i cant get it. I hope somone can respond to me.
Hello, do you change phone for the same operating system like you used before (Android to Android?) if your account is linked to Google play or Game center (on Apple devices) than login to Google play on the new device should download your progress and you can play on the new device.
No i change to ios to android and I have used the same account email but it made me a new account for world of airports. And i cant seem to get my account. I have tried everything like reinstalling the game. Deleting my new account and others ..
Yes because there are two diferrent enviroments, thats the reason why at this moment migration between platforms is not supported, we are working on it but we do not have release date yet. We can try move it manualy which is just huge effort depends on how many airports you have. Coz we have restore the progress item per item.
It would be nice. I hade all of them . I dont mind if i start from the beginning or level one. I just would like to get the airport back because I spent money to get them. So if i just go the airports i will be happy. And i can prove thatbi hade airport because I hade screenshots ready from la last phone.

We understand how important it is to keep your progress when switching devices or platforms. At the moment, transferring accounts between platforms (like Android ↔ iOS) isn’t supported yet.
One of the main challenges is that for almost all airports, every item needs to be transferred manually — gates, upgrades, planes, contracts, and more. It’s a huge amount of work and not something we can reliably handle case by case.
The good news is that we’re already working on a secure and automated transfer feature, and we plan to have it ready by Christmas.
We really appreciate your patience — and in the meantime, we recommend continuing to play on your current platform to avoid losing progress.

Ok thank you very much. I dont mind just transfering the airpor not anything other and cant wait for décembre then just sadly got to start from the beginning.
