The fuselage has been replaced by the flag of California while the tail contains a compressed Southwest colorscheme and logotype. The livery is seen on a B738 with the split scimitar winglets.

Why should this livery be added?
Southwest has several state-based special liveries that are meant to celebrate the various states of the United States. Given that SAN is a playable airport, a base for Southwest, and located in California, I think it’d be appropriate for this livery to be either an event at US airports or progress reward at SAN.
