Usually yes, time of release depends on approval by google and Apple, sometimes it’s the other way around

When release candidate build is ready is sent for google/appstore for reviews and approvals.
It can take 1-2 days (excluding weekends iirc) but if they find anything not compliant then it goes back for changes and need to be send for approval again.
Game is still being changed - many new implementations in last build from tuesday.

Hello, on WOA Instagram, I saw Russian cities in the directions. Does this mean the return of Russian airlines?
In fresh build you still can send non-russian airline there but no Russian Airlines connections avaliable.
Not sure if this is going to change I guess when ban will be lifted …
I’d love to see them back, as I love some of their liveries. Personally I think it’s a little unfair, as they didn’t really do anything, but I get the reason for the ban
Bit more of a random question regarding 2.0, but will there be anything I can spend 1 individual silver plane on? 
1 single, no, but there will be more ways to earn them and more ways to use them.

That’s good, I just checked my SP balance and reminded me of when the devs gave everyone the 111 around the time of LEJs release
Lets wait for release, from what I have seen there may be different approach what silver planes are for it was going back and forth during beta and i dont know if that excercise is finalized.
I suggested that

With the way it’s worded on the IG page, I’m starting to wonder if it’s a 2.0 gameplay stream? Makes me wonder if they are planning on releasing it around the time of the stream, or the devs are intending to give us the official release date then? Whatever is happening, it is very much exciting to know that the long awaited update is just around the corner!

I don’t know the exact timing, because that’s only known by the devs and Apple/google as they have to approve any release before it is made.
However what I can say is that is exceedingly close because we have pretty much completed testing now after 19 builds. 17 was interesting as it introduced a weird bug into the game, but has since been figured out and fixed. That added some extra time to things.
