Livery celebrating a fleet milestone (Tap hitting the 100th aircraft) which was a significant moment in the airline’s expansion and modernisation strategy. Basically the standard livery with a “100th” sticker on both sides.Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, TAP had to file a Restructuring Plan with the EU, which forced the airline to reduce its fleet to 99 aircraft. Once the plan ends after 2025, TAP is expecting to surpass the 100 aircraft mark once again.

Why should this livery be added?
Adding this airline would ensure an A339 special livery of the launch operator of it (TAP). Another reason is that this livery commemorates TAP reaching 100 aircraft in its fleet, a significant achievement considering the airline’s rapid modernisation and long-haul expansion strategy. It also carries additional meaning due to the Covid restructuring period.
