I may be missing something, but why do you keep advising to email the devs for a name change when it is conclusively proven that it is not possible for now. You just burden them with unnecessary work.
will 3.0 be released tmr or sometime in the next 12 hours because for us Aussies we won’t be able to get the release in the first quarter(due to time ahead of GMT) (It was 6:45pm Eastern aus standard time posting this message)

When do you think this update will be released? I think it will be postponed for at least two weeks even though they said Q1. Today is the 30th and I haven’t seen anything.

Maybe, but there is always a chance it will get released at the beginning of Q2
I think we should all calm down here. I’m also totally excited about the new update but I have the feeling that people are going crazy everywhere.
You’ll never get an answer to that, because until the real moment the update comes out, no one of the developers will teaser a time.
From this point until next week, I think everything is still possible.

I’m going to sounds like a broken record (for those of you who know what one of those actually is, lol) but time and time again I have warned that it may not happen exactly as planned. There are so many factors that go into it. Not least that even if the update is complete, it is then in the hands of Apple/Google to release it, they have to technically clear it before that happens.
I will say this. It is essentially done. There was a major bug uncovered late last week that was fixed over the weekend. I’m hoping that’s the last piece in the puzzle, but I am also not party to every issue being dealt with.
Clearly patience is not a virtue of many on this and other platforms. Too often people hang their hat on every word and comment the devs make. True, they give timelines and that sets expectations, but to get upset when it doesn’t exactly happen how “You” want it. Is frankly ridiculous.
I have said repeatedly that there are no guarantees and you know what it might still show up today, you never know. But if it doesn’t, chill out and continue as normal, because I can almost guarantee that many who are agitated about the timing will be the first ones to complain if they don’t like the result.

Can and will are very different things. Please be patient and stop speculating on when the update will release. It’ll release when it’s ready.

I know, I’m trying to tell PolishAviator to calm down a bit, excitement is clearly getting to everyone. 
Would be nice if people read the notices about speculating mind, good to see people excited though.
