I was trying to cancel this contract and this error message appears. Im on the latest version of the product and i have a number of errors similiar to this one.
I think there there’s an error once you’re trying to cancel after more than 200 days of not handling it (or at least that’s what others have experienced). Definitely would be nice to have a fix - hopefully in 3.3.2 or even earlier.

Thanks for your response. I had a few contracts over 600days and they cancelled ok, so im not sure why, however as you say it needs looked at.
