Have the option to choose a default seat configuration for unlocked fleet aircraft

:hammer_and_wrench: How would it work in the game?
Similarly to how you can choose a default livery, you would be able to set a seat configuration as the default one for a given aircraft type. Or you could just save any configuration and then when buying or reconfiguring aircraft, you could just select a pre-made one instead of having to manualy adjust the different seat types.

:balance_scale: Why is this a good idea?
It would improve realism as most airlines only have (at most) only a couple of standardized configurations for their aircraft. Also, you wouldn’t need to configure newly-bought aircraft separately, which would help save time if you do have a thought-out configuration for all of your aircraft already.

This would be a cool idea for those who run large fleets of a couple of types.

I wonder if an easier way to approach this is a “purchase duplicate aircraft” button when looking at fleet planes in the hangar. That way our planes serve as our presets and we can just find the one we are looking for and duplicate it?

That is a great idea actually, that could be really useful if you have mutiple configurations for one aircraft type so you could choose the one you want to get when buying a new one… also it would be great for liveries if you have more than one, this really is a good suggestion :slightly_smiling_face:
