Why should this airline be added?
Uni Air was a Taiwanese airline that looked almost exactly like EVA Air.

It was created through the merger of several regional airlines in Taiwan and was part of the shipping company Evergreen Marine Corporation, which was therefore a subsidiary of the EVA Air.

The airline not only flew in Taiwan, it was also traveling in China and Japan.

It would simply be a nice addition to the game.
