It’s at PRG, and you have PRG unlocked don’t you? You’ve taken screenshots there before and posted them here so I don’t understand how you can be missing out on it.

Indeed I do, but I’m not playing as often as before, and is currently at max capacity. And no I’m not shelling out SP on capacity there.

I’d just cancel one of the other events you may have sat around there, that’s what I normally do, this one contract is worth quite a bit more than the other events.
