Description of the Bug:
When using the 2d map view, only some parts of the taxiway show. Also when moving, the taxiways have a “rain effect" where segments of line are “rising and falling"

Steps to Reproduce:
Use the 2d map. If you want to see the rain effect focus on a plane

I think this happens when you play on fastest graphics, especially on big airports such as IAD, I also experience this.

I’m playing with the highest graphic setting.
