After the GRU update what airport and other things should we expect in the next update I would love to see a place like ATL being the world’s busiest airport.

I strongly doubt ATL is anytime soon. We don’t know anything for certain past this: #26

The problem with something like ATL is that it is so big and complicated that it would take a huge amount of space and power to run it, which for older devices would be tough. Places like LHR already stretch the limits.

Would love to see some more smaller airports like Hamburg International, Lissabon, Mallorca, Helsinki or even Rekjavik.

sorry but im going to have to completely give a 1000% no to Alanta, its sooooo big and the two largest airports we currently have is LHR and BKK and what Carlsberg said, it will push the limits of older devices like i have an old ipad already struggling with the newer versions! small airports like sydney or smaller would awesome to have.

There will still be small patches available. As for the new airport, no one knows for sure
ATL would be pain 
BKK is already heavy for low end devices

I could be wrong but I wouldn’t be surprised if the next airport is somewhere in Africa as that would complete the devs’ goal of having a playable airport on every continent (except Antarctica, sorry penguins). With that being said, we shouldn’t speculate, imo.

what kind of airports in Africa do y’all think they will make if that is on the horizon? also I think I saw something from the devs saying that there will be 4 new airports this year including Sao Paolo, but I could be wrong because I could not find where I got that from in past discussions.
You’re overthinking, there’s still a long way to go to Africa, and they’re still fixing bugs that appear in the game
I agree with @json with Over thinking the next few updates, We just got a New Airport and a whole new Ui plus the CRj remodel and we are already asking if we can have this and that, #26 explains most of that. I can also Agree with @Aputtt02 that ATL will make most things crash and BKK already tests our devices already and every time the game brings something new that adds more storage and even more brain power for our phones, ipads, computers etc… Lets just be happy with what we have now and be excited when a new update does happen.

Less Speculation Leads to Less Optimism and if there is speculation that brings hope to people who hope those things become true and then when people see they wont happen that trust that they thought they had with that Hope gets lost and then they become mad with the devs where they should actually be made with people who bring false ideas into others hopes.

Yes yes yes. Male would be a beast of an airport! I’m pretty sure you can reach every airport with it, and you have A380s 777s and all sorts. Even small ATRs and seaplanes! Only reason they could argue with is that it’s a similar landscape to SXM!
Btw I’m not speculating. Ik it’s not in there plans of anything, I just thought it’d be a good airport

As nice as all these airports sound, if I could make updates, I would bring all aircraft up to the standard of the recently released aircraft.
The 747, A330 and maybe the A340 could be tweaked to resemble the rest of the aircraft.
