I considerate that South America is very important than other regions like Middle East and Africa and Oceania, firstable Middle East is covered yet by Muscat MCT, second Washington IAD and San Diego SAN don’t have enought destinations of South America, we can se that the unique destinations are Sao Pablo GRU, Rio Janeiro GIG, Buenos Aires EZE, Santa Cruz VVI.
I think devs are monitoring activities from which countries players are and that has some sort of influence on decision making process when it comes to airports.

CDG airport would be a nice challenge.
2nd busiest airport in Europe, 4 runways (2 for landing, 2 for departure).
The ground handling will have to catch up. 
tbh. the south american aviation market is so bad. as of the regulations are so stiff so the cost of flying within latin america has not been changes or deregulated. such as the EU aviation market. few carriers as well, mainly Avianca group, and LATAM, and Aerolinas Argentinas as the smaller one in a corner with very little options to grow. Then you have Venezuela with sanctions. Asian-Pacific or another European airport not too big, would be more effective.
A South American airport would be the best selection obviously but outside of that the largest airports are the best so a great selection would be (DMM) Dammam International Airport about 14.19 sq mi worth of real estate.
