Why are there no emergencies in the game?

We often get asked this question and the post below pretty much explains why and the devs stance on it.
There maybe emergency vehicles in the game and some very minor ground emergencies (medical for example) but there will never be major emergencies for the reasons stated within.

Hey there, what about minor emergency (bird strike, hydraulic failure etc) will these be left out like all other emergency?

Bird strike I doubt because there is no blood in the game and Iā€™m assuming they want it like that and hydraulic failure would be same as technical failure

Can we please keep our manners in the conversation here?

Keep in mind that ANY emergency has a ā€œvictimā€ one way or another. This is a leisure game, not a real life simulation.

I can almost guarantee anything related to an actual aircraft will not happen. We might get ground issues like medical, maintenance delays which are normal, but the devs are saying anything that could be construed to impacting an aircraft outside of that wonā€™t be consider. Their business relationships basically depend on that being the case

Glad we donā€™t as I play to make money and do actual routes as well ones Iā€™ve made up with airlines, if I want an emergency I buy an emergency simulator game.
