Yes I pay 15 silver planes to get my approach done for me. But then I have to press the Cross RWY myself each time. why its not included in the price of Approach.

Approach only handles landings (really, by the time we see them in-game, it would be tower), and once they are on the ground and off the runway, its ground that handles them. I think someone already confirmed activating the ground controller will auto cross the planes.
