Will IAD Remodel have 4 working runways?

I dont know who said no but the devs said yes so it happening

Confirmed, all runways will be functional. What we don’t know is in what config. That doesn’t mean 4 landing rways for example

They also confirmed multi stands like 1 a380 parking same place instead of 2 737
