I‘m Level 22 in INN. I have contracts with Austrian, EasyJet, Ryanair, Swift &AirDolomiti. Yet, I always get Austrian offered as a local airline. See below:
Does this mean that I will always get Austrian airlines in INN? And then only get another airline once I get to The next Airport (Bari)?
World this mean that I would need to purchase The other 10 Or so airplanes via World contracts? Or is there a Chance that I will get an A320/321 From Austrian? I‘m a Bit confused haha
If you accept the Hannover dh8d, for example, then the next time the game selects Hannover as the destination and Austrian as the airline it will be a larger aircraft. But it selects the smallest available plane from that destination and airline. To get others, you can buy them from the map.
Since you seems to be very interested in collecting all aircrafts from all airliners to complete your WoAPedia collection, the best suggestion one can give you is: keep playing.
Each airport will have different airlines as Local/Regional/International. While it might be hard to get an A21NX from British Airlines (BA) at LHR due to the already explained Local/size mechanics, the same BA A21NX might end up showing randomly at MCT’s International, for example.
Personally, I’d advise against buying world contracts just to complete Austrian’s fleet right now. Keep playing, keep leveling up your airports, keep unlocking new airports by reaching higher levels, use your Silver Planes to convert into Golden Planes so you can buy Premium Passes, and eventually you’ll have most of the planes unlocked.
I’ve just reached this point (all airports unlocked), and I had some 20-30% contracts missing in WoaPedia. I decided not to wait for random Regional/International contracts anymore and spent some 2 million Wollars buying contracts, but I didn’t do it at INN. I did it in airports far easier to get Wollars, like IAD, LHR, MCT and BKK.
Events are also a great source of new models, some of them being event-exclusive. We get different ones every day, so focus on unlocking new airports and getting all those events!

Edit: Forgot about an important source of new models: Airport level rewards! For example, when you reach lvl 39 at MSY airport, it will unlock a B77W contract from LATAM Brasil. That’s the first time I got it, so instead of spending Wollars and/or Silver Planes buying it earlier, one can just wait until said level at MSY to get it.
