If I transfer my contracts that I have on my previous game, is it limited from the 1.5 version, or can I still keep going?
it is indeed limited from the 1.5 version, because I don’t get any transferred contracts on for example San Diego, since I didn’t get it before update 2.0
Correct, the transferred section for both fleet and contract was only designed for existing fleets at the time of the switch from 1.5. Once they are gone, they are gone and nothing will be added unless the devs need to do something in a future update or V3, but that is highly unlikely and there are no suggestions that this will actually be needed
So if I transfer contracts, does it mean that other airports aren’t affected? I have a lot of contacts I can transfer in Prague but worries that it will take those planes away from another airport.

The transferred contracts are only for the airport you are at, each airport has Thier own separate transferable contracts

So just to clarify, say I have 10 transferable contracts for Prague, it doesn’t mean I’m taking those 10 from say Washington those contracts are exclusively for Prague?
