Firstly, how did you manage to post?
Secondly, sometimes it could be the server (most likely), whilst other times it may actually be your internet (though it may look fine, sometimes it isn’t. 
Happens to me…)
It has happened to me a lot these days too.
I posted this when I finally got access to it.
I check If I can’t access the internet I can’t open Story Of Seasons which needs Wifi to run the app because of this message
Yeah, I just tried opening it, and it said an error kept occurring, until it final let me in
