Can people please stop asking when the A320 family will be released? It’ll be released when it’s ready. I swear there’s no patience with some of you.

Like I know but I just want to know when exactly it will came out.
I’m also not gonna forget in November last year lots of passengers on my flight was frustrated after a late jetbridge deployment and crew refused to open the rear door and passenger from tired and sleepy to anger because of it.
What does that gotta do with it
That it goes to show that people are not patient with the situation same in this situation
These are two completely different situations. I always feel like no matter what this dev team does, it’s never good enough for some (not all). People honestly have no idea how hard this dev team works and I don’t even know the inner workings. Appreciate what you have now and when the time is right, the update will happen.

Ok but… the devs have never released and exact date. Not even an exact month. They have only ever said “update may come within x quarter or x month”.
With how big this rework is, just assume it’s going to be a long time and leave it at that. Don’t stress about it.
This isn’t the same. The playerbase is already impatient enough. The devs can’t predict how long things will take, no dev can really.
So if they give an exact date and surprise surprise, it doesn’t come out on that date, imagine how nasty and rude people would get.

Not sure why I have to repeat myself. But here it is.
- Small team- things take time
- Devs will never give an exact date for release. Trust me it changes right up to the last minute
- Asking when the release will come out is like watching a pot boil, will never happen if you do
- Devs might give hints or even initial timings, but read 1-3 above first.
- Even if items are completed, they need to be alpha tested and beta tested before they are released. It can sometimes take 10-15 builds before that occurs.
- Release notes do not mean game has actually been released, but it’s usually very close.
- There’s usually a minimum of 24 hours between devs releasing and hitting the stores. Devs have little to no control over this.
- Although I have pretty close conversations with the devs, even I don’t know all the answers. But if I can tell you i will.
So for the 27th time of asking can we actually get back to the topic of this thread which is the actual aircraft model of the A320.

Hello, I don’t speak often on the forum but I often look at the suggestions and comments!
J’already wanted to thank all the development team and also the moderators for their patience and the work accomplished until today and even if I can’t wait like everyone else for the arrival New updates take the time you need it only remains entertainment with everything that is happening in the world stop being impatient and enjoy life! And when the game is ready It will be a big party.

Bluebird already said it but just to emphasise it a bit more: we shouldn’t expect it (there can be some stubborn people in the woa community after all)
The devs have only advertised the passenger varients until now. Unless they desperately want to keep it a surprise we would’ve seen a sneak peak of the P2F versions.
Now I saw some people arguing it would fit well with the upcoming airport SYD. For that I just want to point out that LHR would’ve been a good opportunity to add the 744RR but we still didn’t get it.
However I’m NOT saying to give up all hope of a P2F version. I’m almost certain we’ll get it eventually (no promises tho. This is just speculation). I’m just saying don’t expect something that hasn’t been promised since it’s a surefire way to get disappointed.
I know some of you can’t contain your excitement since this is a change we’ve been waiting for so long. But at least try to be patient. The devs know how much we want this change and are working really hard because of that. Putting pressure on them will just worsen the quality. We’re all in this together. And trust me the wait will be worth it.

So I have a question: how do people think the devs are going to handle having 15 (?) variants of the A320 family ingame when it comes to things like the woapedia or unlocking them? Cause that seems like a lot of new categories and it seems sort of odd to have to unlock 3-4 variants of each type for differences in sharklets and engines…

I remember hearing something about the player being able to choose the engine/winglets options (similar to liveries) after unlocking the plane. I don’t know if the engines/winglets will cost gp or wollars tho.
And the info is quite old too.

Interesting… I wonder if you would have to unlock the plane and then unlock any engine sharklet combo you want, or just pick from all of them and they are all free to use, or what’s the deal
Wrong engines on the Lufthansa A321F. They use the CFM56 engines not the IAE V2500 engines.
