Assuming everything is linked up to MCT of course, here’s what I see.

ANATurtles will come from NGO is my understanding, not sure if they are going to be specials still like the current orange one, but they may switch it to regular, Asiana will come from ICN and GMP certainly CZ will require CAN and PEK
Hi Fly will come from MLA

so all things being equal. that could be 5 additional X routes, not currently listed in the game.

The extra Emirates will go to DXB of course (already existed). so doesn’t count.

Once these go in, that’s basically it for the 380.

Sounds interesting! Assuming that is to be the case, I’ll also assume other categories will get new routes and more airlines present.
