If your World of Airports account has been banned, this article explains:

Accounts may be banned due to a violation of our Game Rules, Terms of Service, or platform policies.

We enforce these rules to protect fair play, game integrity, and compliance with platform requirements.

If you believe the ban was applied in error, you may submit a Ban Review Request using our official form:

When submitting your request:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Include relevant details or purchase proof (if applicable)
  • Use a valid contact email address

Submitting a request does not guarantee account reinstatement.

All cases are reviewed individually.

:balance_scale: What Happens After Review?

After reviewing your case, we will determine the appropriate action.

Possible outcomes include:

  • :cross_mark: Ban remains in place
  • :counterclockwise_arrows_button: Account reinstatement with a full account reset

If reinstated, the account will always be reset to a clean state.

This means:

  • All previous progress will be permanently erased
  • All in-game data will be deleted
  • The account will start from the beginning

We do not restore previous progress after a ban.

  • Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination

Wait? So a ban can only be reversed if the user has bought golden planes in the past?

Or the account will be enabled but the player loose his progress, the account will be reset to starting default state.
