:pushpin: Why should this airline be added?
This airline was founded in 2002 as bmi’s LCC, utilising all the old aircraft from the airline’s fleet as it migrated to a fully Airbus fleet. It was based out of Birmingham and East Midlands for its whole life with other bases opened later being Cardiff, Manchester, Teeside & Belfast City (It had moved out from Belfast International). In 2012, the airline, along with bmi and bmi regional, was sold by Lufthansa to IAG, who planned to absorb bmi and sell off bmibaby and regional (Both of which it didn’t want but was forced to buy as Lufthansa couldn’t find another offer). The regional brand was sold but it couldn’t find a buyer for bmibaby, so it dissolved the airline as of September 2012. The IATA was sold to WOW Air, however the bmi ICAO is still available.

I never flew with the airline but it holds a nostalgic place in my heart as its adverts were memorable as a kid, sponsoring Granada Weather reports on the telly so I’d love to see it in-game, bringing this fun little bit of aviation history back.

Destinations,

I was about to make it until you made it… :man_facepalming:
