Description of the Bug:

No problems until the recent Innsbruck update. Now each time I try to log in, the game fails to load

Steps to Reproduce:
When trying to open the game, I get as far as selecting my airport ( have tried Syd and LHR) and then it just crashes and returns my to the desktop screen

Additional Notes:
I have cleared the cache on my iPad and have deleted, then Reinstalled the game…. No change.. it still won’t load .?

I’m not sure since i dont know exactly what the problem would be with yours but there has been a massive step up in reports like this in the last few days since 3.5.0 released.

Ok, thanks for acknowledging my issue anyway! I’ll keep a close eye on this thread & others for any updates. Missing my WOA “fix” already!

Description of the Bug:

No problems until the recent Innsbruck update. Now each time I try to log in, the game fails to for ALL airport except for Innsbruck airport

Steps to Reproduce:
When trying to open the game, I get as far as selecting my airport ( have tried Syd , LHR, BKK, SCL, HKG ) and then it just crashes and returns my to the desktop screen

Additional Notes:1)I have cleared the cache on my iPad and have deleted, then Reinstalled the game…. No change.. it still won’t load

Ok… update from me… the only airport I CAN open is Innsbruck…. When. I try to load any other airport the game crashes and returns to my desktop.

Sounds like next update, likely soonish as it’s ‘just’ bug fixes

Some update from me : I CAN open INNsbrunk , San diego and Bari. All these are small airports . However whenever I open a big aiport like LHR, BKK, SYD HKG. its just crashes . Again, I have try to reduce the graphics , It still fail. Im not sure if this is due my my hardware ( ipad 9th gen) which is only having 3Gig RAM . which 3G is the min required

Definitely your RAM spec. It seems that contracts are “memory eaters” and on big airports you have a lot of them.

I don’t have that many contracts on any of my airports?

Same here. I have been completely unable to load PRG since the update took effect and I would be grinding my way to IAD if there was no bug like this

How long do you think it will be before the devs release an upgrade with a fix for this bug ?

As Flyer said before, Quoting Charlie, we have to wait for 3.5.1 which may take anywhere from a day to a month max, exact dates cannot be said

Same problem as described, except no problems loading until I completed both Innsbruck levels this morning on my iPhone. Cannot get my iPad to work since this morning.

Update to my post, everything opens on my I phone (so far) but nothing on my iPad. INN ran for a couple of seconds then it too crash to desktop now won’t reload any airports

An approximate timescale would be nice? Doesn’t need to be exact …

The devs have not publically released any timeline for 3.5.1, but we can infer that it is close ish due to the quantity of recent posts from Charlie referring to it.

Installed the new 3.5.1 update this morning and I still can’t play any other airport apart from Innsbruck. When I try to play SYD or LHR, my game just crashes back to the desktop .

And FYI, after I installed 3.5.1, I deleted the whole game and reinstalled it and still, I can only access Innsbruck… no other airports
