Why should this livery be added?
This livery was applied to one of Etihad’s 4 A21N’s (They have 14 A21NX’s) after delivery in late 2024 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the airline (The previous UAE airline was Gulf Air btw who used to do all the Gulf countries bar Saudi and Kuwait). The aircraft bumbles about the Middle East and is occasionally seen in India and Greece so could be a good event livery for CNN, MCT and European airports.The aircraft itself originally flew with Primera from May 2018 before being withdrawn in December 2018 and leased to Bamboo in 2019 (It was supposed to go to Alitalia but that never happened, would’ve been awesome to see a neo in Alitalia colours). The aircraft left Bamboo due to that airline’s economic difficulties partly caused by covid and joined Etihad in July 2024.
