Air Canada - Mumbai using either A330, B787-8/9 and B77W. The route this does is Toronto-Heathrow-Mumbai then returns to Toronto via LHR again.
Bulgaria Air - Sofia using the A220-300,
Beijing Capital Airlines - Qingdao using A332/333.
China Southern Airlines - Wuhan, Aircraft: B789, B77W & A388.
Hainan Airlines - Haikou, Aircraft: A332, A333, B788 and B789
Korean Air Cargo - Seoul Incheon, Aircraft: Boeing 747-400F & B777-F
TAROM - Bucharest, though A318 isn’t in the game they do have four B737-800 which have done the route before they also have 737-8 Max on order as well fleet of ATR 72 500 & 600.
SAS - Stavanger, Aircraft: any of the games SAS fleet apart from long haul aircraft.
Shenzhen Airlines - Shenzhen using A330-300.

Im pretty sure the air canada one is a 789. When I went to the airport last week(Toronto is my home airport) that is the one I saw.
It is but as you know in the game they give you an option of aircraft.

I finally reached 3 stars for LHR only to find out ORD isn’t even an option to choose contracts from 
Srsly dude they use a B38M which is there if you look
