Same, at Level 66, very close to 67. Got 74 golden aeroplanes atm so hope I can get enough to cover the pass.

I’m personally kind of intrigued to see what the devs do for the starting contracts that you have as soon as you start an airport at HKG, since very few C aircraft and almost no B aircraft fly to HKG. If I had to guess they will probably do HK Express and Hong Kong Airlines A320s, and maaaaaybe a Cathay A21N. Guess we will just have to wait and see

I had 35 GP but brought A320NEO and decided to unlock CNN 
It’s fine as I just buy GP the devs deserve it, though how much Apple takes I don’t know.

I was wondering this too. At ngo there’s local 748s and all, wonder if we will get that but on a large scale with it actually being rather rare to get a C or B aircraft in local

I suppose he was talking about the first few contracts player will have? Normally 3 or so and 1-2 landed at apron with another 1-2 waiting to land.
My guess is:
Cathay Pacific, A321neo to somewhere in China.
HK Express, A320 or so to somewhere in Vietnam.
Hong Kong Airlines, A320 to somewhere in China.
But yeah, do really wish to see E passenger at least from CX in very short distances (so we can send B773 to large cities in regions nearby, Mainland China, Taiwan, Japan, Vietnam and so on!) and D/E/F cargo options for local cargo carriers (including CX!)

More specifically, what I was getting at is I’m wondering what contracts we will start out with as soon as we open the airport without buying any contracts, which is normally 2-3 contracts per airport. (I.e. the 2 DAP B463s and LATAM A320 at SCL, or the BA A319 to BFS and E190 to DUB at LHR). What I’m saying is since these starting aircraft are normally locally based Bs or at most small Cs, I’m wondering what contracts they are going to be at HKG, because there (to my knowledge) are no B aircraft based out of HKG, and very few small C aircraft, too.
My bet is the lineup will be something like an HKE A320, a CRK A320, and a CPA A21N. The A21N would be our largest starting aircraft in game to date, which is currently held by the B738F at LEJ.
I know not many people care about these initial contracts that you get as soon as you start up, but I find them kind of interesting, as they are the very first aircraft you EVER see at a new airport when you play for the first time.

I think this is a misunderstanding.
If China is listed here it generally refers to Mainland China, which is clearly a region (or if you see it like a country/state it won’t make any sense as Hong Kong is also a region of China). So all the locations mentioned are regions, in terms of logic.
I am happy to add some additional words in the post over your confusion.

Yeah, normally we will have some contracts not larger than class C. But I am not aware that any local carrier at Hong Kong operate any B class planes.
And historically we generally have the smaller ones, whereas A321neo is Cathay’s only narrowbody so I bet we will get one.
Others potentials would be HK Express A320neo, A321 and Hong Kong Airlines A321.
