Hello, World of Airports Team,

I’m having trouble connecting my game to Google Play Games.

My progress is at risk, and I get the message: “Linking failed, go to the forum.”

My Google email is: andrelrborges16@gmail.com

Airport name: [bari airport]

Current level: [24]

Please manually link my account to save my progress to the cloud.

Unfortunately, we are not able to manually link accounts, as the linking process is entirely handled between your device and the Google Play Games authentication service. We do not have access to user emails or the ability to force account links from our side for privacy and technical reasons.

However, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Ensure you’re logged into the correct Google account on your device.
  2. Open the Google Play Games app and confirm it’s active and working.
  3. Close the World of Airports game completely (also from the background).
  4. Reopen the game and tap the “Link to Google Play” button again.
