:pushpin: Why should this airline be added?
Established in 2002 in Edinburgh, this airline operated scheduled flights from their bases at Edinburgh, Glasgow, Liverpool and Aberdeen to destinations in Europe, North America, North Africa and South Africa. They also operated some of the first low-cost transatlantic flights from Liverpool, to JFK with a 757-200 and then to Hamilton, which was joined by flights from Manchester and Doncaster to Hamilton. They also started flights from West of Ireland Airport to JFK and Boston using a 757-200, but when they didn’t have one available, they used a 737-800 with stops in Reykjavik or Bangor, Maine. Manchester to Cape Town was also another route established for a brief time as well as Glasgow to Orlando. In December 2009, the airline went bust and was liquidated the next year.

This airline would be a fantastic addition for players like me who would love to operate β€˜what if?’ airlines and scenarios. I would love to see this in full one day in-game .

The amount of hybrids that the old TUI livery has been used on is really something, I know Garuda leased a Britannia and Thomsonfly 767 in the past.

Believe it or not, there was also a Garuda Thomas Cook 767 hybrid at one point as well.

The 2000s were a mass of the weird and wonderful, especially in Europe with the billions of competing low cost airlines and holiday charter airlines. Really love looking through at just what monstrosities were created.

Found your mentioned monster,

The funny thing is, a decent chunk of them actually work quite well like that one. Quick side note, considering I flew on a fair few Thomas Cook 767s, I can never recall seeing one without winglets. One of those things you know about but can never recall seeing in person.
