Why should this livery be added?
Germanwings was founded in 1997 and commenced operations in 2002 as a low-cost airline, under the wing of parent Eurowings. This livery is from that period prior to Lufthansa acquiring Eurowings in 2006 and then taking over ownership of Germanwings in 2008 which is why the livery was updated in 2013.
